I have 32 bit system. You can do this either as 1x 2GiB or as 2x 1GiB. What kind of GPU can I put into this motherboard?
Keeping your old 2 x MB means that you do not need to add more than 2 GiB. My budget is going to be roughly 35 dollars so bottlenecking won’t be a problem. I want to be able to play WoW but it looks like onboard graphics will not be supported as p5 p35 g33 g31 motherboard.

To expand on Zach L’s answer, we don’t know you exact motherboard model posting the model of your Dell computer would helpbut p35 g33 g31 motherboard on the information provided, it’s safe to say that you currently have a motherboard that supports DDR2 RAM modules the individual sticks of RAM are called “DIMMs” and motehrboard are currently using PC modules, based on your memory frequency.
Zach L 5 Zach L and others have explained this already. Buying faster RAM then that will not have any effect on g331 performance due to the limitations of your computer’s Front Motherboxrd Bus. P35 g33 g31 motherboard seem to motherboafdalbeit not cheap enough to seriously consider them. Why only 4GB of ram though? Since I’m only going to be using the thing for the next couple of weeks I’m just going to buy the cheapest card I can find at Best Buy and then return when my main computer is fixed.
